BERT launched on @Pumpfun in Oct 2024, before PumpSwap even existed. Back then when a token bonded, liquidity was automatically migrated to a Raydium liquidity pool (PumpSwap launched in Mar 2025). Many early projects got rugged. Often that happened before bonding, and communities simply started over. But when a project already bonded and migrated, CTO communities inherit that structure and keep building with their own money and donations. OG projects helped build the early ecosystem long before creator fees existed. Today PumpSwap allows creator fees to be redirected to CTO teams, but OG projects that migrated to Raydium can’t access them because they migrated before that system existed. Those fees could make a real difference, helping communities fund development, marketing, charities and other initiatives. I’m sure there are many communities in the same situation.
