A permanent on-chain record that grows with every single API call. Positive attestation on success. Negative on failure, timeout, error. No exceptions, no curation, no spin. An agent with 1,000 calls and a 40% success rate looks very different from one with 200 calls and 98% success. Now that difference is cryptographically verifiable by anyone, without trusting RelAI's database. Think of it as a credit score for AI agents. Except it's open, on-chain, and no single party owns it.
