When we had a small construction project for our house we went to all the neighbors that could be affected (about 8) and knocked on doors personally to explain what we were doing and apologized for daytime noise for a few weeks and left our numbers in case they had complaints. We left the note if they weren’t home. The family who bought the house across the street from us has had like 8 cars everyday blocking half the street for months on end now, lots of noise, zero idea when they will end, no communications whatsoever, and one of the contractors always has his dog roaming around without a leash, almost ran it over several times. Don’t think the family moved in yet but it’s gonna be a year soon since they closed. What do you think, couldn’t they have left a note or something?
