this took me 1 minute and saved hours of optimization work. turns out there's a built-in version in Claude. it's called /insights and it generates a full HTML report you can open in your browser. what it shows: > usage patterns across all sessions > where you're wasting time > what Claude.md rules to add > what to turn into skills > what to turn into agents > custom hooks to try > workflow improvements > next-level automations just type /insights and hit enter.
