day 1 of $AMPL launch for the @pumpfun hackathon:
brutal out here competing against whales and pump groups.
50% team allocation locked via @streamflow_fi (3mo cliff + 12mo vest) but that doesn't buy visibility overnight.
on the bright side: 7 users signed up. small win, but a win!
and this is just from our pilot campaign. once self-serve campaign creation opens up, things should move a lot faster.
