Bybit has announced that Co-CEO Helen Liu will step down on April 30, 2026, and start her own business. Helen Liu joined Bybit in 2020 and has served as Vice President of Human Resources, Vice President of Marketing, Chief of Staff, and Chief Operating Officer (COO), and will become Co-CEO in 2025. Bybit co-founder and CEO Ben Zhou said the company will continue to advance its global business under the leadership of its existing leadership team.
