The stablecoin payment infrastructure project Utexo announced the completion of a $7.5 million seed round financing, led by Tether, Big Brain Holdings, and Portal Ventures. Utexo plans to build a Bitcoin-native USDT settlement infrastructure, providing APIs for exchanges, wallets, and payment service providers by combining Bitcoin, the Lightning Network, and RGB technology.
