One of the two conditions must be met: ETF net inflow for two consecutive weeks (funding pipeline changes from yellow to green) Fear and Greed index rises to 25+ (sentiment narrative changes from yellow to green) Last week's determination was also "approaching the accumulation zone," but this week is closer than last week—10Y broke below 4%, ETF saw a $258M single-day inflow, and the Fear and Greed index rose from 9 to 14. The direction is right, just not yet at the trigger line. This "almost there but not quite" phase is actually the hardest to endure.
