From an economic point of view, the situation in Dubai could become very complicated. Personally, I have always been cautious when it comes to investing in those areas, precisely because of the proximity and instability of some neighbouring countries. I really hope that everything works out for the best, because you should never wish ill on anyone. Ever. That said, thinking about it in a cold, purely economic way, difficult times often create opportunities. For now, however, I prefer to just observe and understand how the situation will evolve, hoping first and foremost that the crisis will subside, but I will certainly evaluate investments afterwards.
