I found that for boys from ordinary families, graduating from high school/vocational school or a general university, the best path is to become a chef. A skilled chef can find work nationwide/globally, and there are opportunities to go abroad, with employers helping you to go out and earn more. You can open your own restaurant and be your own boss, and sometimes you might not even need to invest your own money; if the boss wants to keep a chef, they might offer shares/profit sharing. You could say that the development space is very large. At the very least, you can run a small restaurant, and living won't be a problem for a lifetime. If the small restaurant does well, you could even become wealthy. If you have relatives at home with such kids, you can suggest they learn to be a chef.
