This is a supplement regarding the governance transition. The transition to a company with a nomination committee and similar structures is a substantial governance enhancement that clearly separates the roles of supervision and execution, establishing a highly independent board of directors along with statutory nomination, audit, and compensation committees. In this organizational design, the representative executive officer is the highest-ranking executive position, and the title "representative director" does not exist at all.
