This carries with it some improvements I want to make sure to highlight. First we have time based preference, early commits = larger allocation. If we ran the simulation on Umbra here's what it looks like.

Second is hard caps. Min goal becomes target raise. There's no speculation on FDV at ICO, it's all there on the site.

Third this is an entirely automated process, we don't review there's some checks in there to prevent duplicates, but otherwise anyone can submit and go live. If you're considering launching, make sure you time yourself, can always come back to a draft and launch later.
