Surveillance by AI is a problem. Let's not sleep on surveillance of AI. Legislative mandates that companies track users, store their information, and share that information with third parties is wildly problematic. The 1st, 3rd, and 4th Amendments were not drafting errors but rather an assertion that certain physical and mental spaces must remain off limits.
