This is $Grub. He was found as a tiny abandoned kitten and honestly… the things he’s been through are heartbreaking. He had a severe skin infection that caused permanent damage, he lost an eye, an ear, has a sinus cavity issue and even has a hole in his skull. One of the shelter workers stepped in and adopted him so he could actually have a chance at life. Right now Grub is in the semi-finals for America’s Favourite Pet. the winner gets $10,000 and gets to be the face of Modern Cat Magazine. Contest Page - The owner said the money would go directly toward procedures to help repair some of the trauma his little body went through. Grub came 1st in the quarter finals and has made it through to the semi-finals where he has fallen to 7th.
