Iran attacking Gulf states in retaliation seems like it may backfire. The regional realignment including the Abraham Accords will be tested. If it holds and the Iran regime is defeated, the whole region will emerge more stable.

And much as I am against Trump, this is a place where his administration may wind up having a major positive long term impact.
