This is why I build VibeHQ.
I build a real AI organization, not by wrapping APIs or relying on messy, shared context windows, but by orchestrating Native CLI agents (Claude Code, Codex, Gemini CLI) into a structured professional team.
In this demo, 7 autonomous agents, PM on Codex, Designer + Engineers + QA on Claude Code, built a full-stack hospital system from a single instruction to the PM, in just 15 minutes.
To me, this is real multi-agent co-work: clear roles, defined ownership, strict boundaries, and structured handoffs, just like a real company.
You can see the dynamics clearly: Design leads early and then steps back, Engineering drives execution, QA waits until features stabilize before stepping in, and the PM continuously monitors and coordinates, this isn’t shared-memory chaos, it’s structured execution, just like a professional software company operates.
@karpathy nailed the vision
"You are now programming an organization… the source code is the collection of prompts, skills, tools, and processes."
VibeHQ is open source (link in the replies). Feedback, ideas, and technical discussions are always welcome.
Next step: a visualized AI company built on this organizational architecture, where you can literally see your agents working, coordinating, and shipping together.
