Stablecoins have evolved from an initial state of having no reserve proof and operating entirely on trust, to USDT publishing quarterly reserve verification reports, and now to USDC publishing monthly reports. The standards and transparency of stablecoins have improved with the development of the industry. Now, USD1 has taken this transparency to a new level: it is the first stablecoin in the industry to publish reserve proof data in real-time. The real-time reserve data dashboard of USD1: The logic is to continuously pull reserve data from USD1's custodian BitGo through Chainlink, verify it, and then publish it on-chain. The entire process is open-source, real-time, and without human intervention. It is foreseeable that other stablecoins will also have to follow suit in the frequency of publishing reserve proof, and of course, for us users, this kind of "involution" style improvement in industry transparency is definitely a good thing.
