This is Fletcher Harris(20) and Skylar Provenza(19). An ILLEGAL was driving drunk in Rowan County, North Carolina when he crossed the center line and hit them head on, killing both. He was charged with 2 counts of felony death by motor vehicle & driving while impaired. He had failed to appear for 2 previous court hearings for speeding & a DWI charge. ICE has issued a detainer.
