DEI really screwed over the people it was supposed to “help” because now when a woman becomes CEO everybody starts asking if it was DEI By promoting an undeserving few for their race and gender, you undermined everyone of that race and gender who earned their success through merit and hard work The activists, investors, proxy advisors, and consultants who pushed DEI on everyone should be ashamed
