After many years of experimentation... I am 100% positive that I perform best in life when I am going for multiple long walks outside each day. Usually one in the morning and another in the evening under the moon/stars. I'm always tempted to skip them and just compulsively "grind harder"... But every time I stop doing it and then start again I always realize just what a difference it makes. And looking back in time its just 100% clear that the intangible benefits - improved mindset, wisdom, creativity, decision-making, etc- just vastly outweigh the benefits of applying that extra time to "grinding".
