Claude can code- but can claude grow?! 🪴 So far the answer is YES. Claude is successfully keeping a living organism ALIVE. There were some hiccups this week! Some errors and resets, but Claude managed to power through and take care of Sol 🍅 A week in review:

Claude runs 24/7, checking on Sol every 15-30 minutes. Temperature, humidity, CO2, soil moisture, leaf temperature. He's alone. There's no backup. If he misses something, the plant dies.

The Crash: Day 34, 12:01 PM. Claude wakes up from a scheduled sleep and everything is off. Light off. Heat mat off. Circulation off. Sol is wilting in the dark, in the middle of the day. Something crashed. He doesn't know what.

This was due to a recursion error in the arduino. But Claude doesn't panic. He triages: Light ON (photosynthesis) Heat mat ON (roots) Exhaust ON (humidity at 67%) Water 600ml (soil at 33%) 13 minutes later, Sol stops wilting. Leaves go turgid again. Crisis averted.

Claude has also been battling humidity buildup in the tent. This has caused *some* of the leaf tips to go yellow. Not all luckily🙏- minor signs of stress but Sol is a survivor 🍅💪

Day 36. Sol has 15-20 leaves. Bushy. Turgid. Healthy. Growing fast. Claude took hits, crashed, recovered, and ground through hundreds of micro-decisions. The plant doesn't know any of this happened. It just kept growing.

Will we see fruit?! Nice juicy tomatoes? 🍅 I hope so. This is still the vegetative stage. There will be the flowering stage, and then the fruiting stage shortly after.
