The Rex Osprey Staked ETH ETF launch doesn't mean staking is approved for ETFs yet. Just as the Rex Osprey SOL ETF didn't mean SOL was approved. They use a C Corp ETF loophole, with assets owned by Caiman subsidiaries. Approval for real ETFs is expected later in both cases.
