We’re not allowed to destroy a speedboat full of drugs coming into the United States. Are we allowed to destroy a speedboat full of mustard gas?
If the answer is “No,” please make that case to the American people. I’m going to take the “Yes” side of that argument. If your answer is “Yes,” what’s the difference, except that drugs have killed nearly 100,000 more Americans in the last year than mustard gas?
