Stake of Agony #25
Seeking more blood to fuel his twisted experiments, Beelzebub, Satan’s right-hand man, commanded Dracula to procure more. During his search, Dracula became captivated by one of history’s most brutal regimes: the Ottoman Empire. He admired their cruel method of execution—impalement. Ottoman soldiers used stakes to impale their enemies, allowing them to bleed slowly over days until death finally claimed them. This method birthed the weapon known as the Stake of Agony, a tool of excruciating death. Inserted through the victim’s rectum and exiting through the neck, the stake was driven with such precision that it avoided major organs, prolonging life and amplifying suffering. The victims remained conscious, forced to endure the slow realization of their impending doom. Dracula, recognizing the potential of such barbarity, struck a dark pact with the Ottoman Empire. In exchange for barrels of blood collected from their victims, Satan, the dark overlord, would grant them a patch of land on Earth. After a genocide was concluded, Dracula delivered millions of barrels of blood to Beelzebub, skimming some off the top for himself to satiate his unending thirst. The Stake of Agony became a symbol of unspeakable cruelty, contributing to the genocidal death toll of 3.5 million Armenians, Greeks, and Assyrians.
