AU Campaign Center Terms and Conditions

1. Participation in campaigns and tasks is restricted to the main account only. Sub-accounts are not eligible to participate.

2. Campaigns and tasks are given and displayed to specific user groups. You may not have any or the same campaigns and tasks as others.

3. Transactions that have participated in other benefits of the platform will not be counted in the performance of this event, including but not limited to USDC free handling fees.

4. According to local laws and regulations, users from the following countries or regions (subject to verification information) may not be eligible to participate in this campaign or task: please refer to clause 2.2 of OKX's Terms of Service (or your applicable local terms).

5. Unless otherwise stated in a specific task or campaign, rewards will be automatically distributed upon task completion. You will need to have a successfully completed identity verification to receive the reward.

6. For tasks:

a. Unless otherwise specified on the task card, users are automatically enrolled in eligible tasks. If a task requires manual enrollment, the task card will indicate this with a prompt such as "Start Task". Users must opt in by clicking the designated button before completing the task to be eligible for rewards.

b. Users must complete the task requirements as displayed on the task card to receive the corresponding reward. Reward amounts will be distributed in the specified cryptocurrency. For example, "$2 in BTC" means 2 AUD worth of BTC, calculated at the closing BTC price on the day prior to task issuance or otherwise set out in the task card. Rewards will be automatically distributed shortly after successful task completion, provided that the reward allocation has not been exhausted.

c. Task rewards may be limited to a set number of users, as specified on the task card. Once the reward allocation is exhausted, no further rewards will be issued.

d. Each task card will display the offer end timer. However, rewards may be fully claimed before this timer expires. Tasks must be fully completed before the offer end timer expires to qualify for task rewards (subject to reward availability).

e. For tasks requiring a specific trading volume, the trading volume will be expressed and calculated in USDT. For trades involving non-USDT pairs (e.g. AUD pairs), the USDT equivalent will be determined based on the token's price against USDT at the time of trade execution.

f. The data displayed on this page is not real-time and may take 10–15 minutes to update. If the page does not reflect the latest information, please wait a moment and refresh the page to view the updated data.

7. For campaigns, please refer to the campaign landing page for the additional rules, eligibility conditions, and requirements that are exclusive and specific to every campaign. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and the campaign-specific terms on the campaign landing page, the terms on the campaign landing page shall take precedence.

8. During the campaign or task period, OKX will closely track the behaviour of traders to avoid any form of cheating or abnormal behaviour, including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts, using other people's accounts, using other people's information to register accounts, false KYC information, maliciously increasing trading data, engaging in laundering trades or wash trades, violating the terms and conditions of the campaign or task, violating local regulatory rules for transaction and any other activities related to illegal, fraudulent or harmful purposes. If any of the above acts are found, OKX reserves the right to disqualify the user from the prize.

9. Please note that the value of the prize may fluctuate and may not be equal in value at the time a recipient has the ability to withdraw to the actual withdrawal time based on market fluctuation. Prices of digital assets, including stablecoins, can and do fluctuate at any moment. Due to such price fluctuations, you may experience an increase or decrease in value of your assets at any given moment.

10. OKX has the discretion to convert any rewards into platform vouchers or USDT of equivalent value or less value. This may happen in cases where platform restrictions in certain jurisdictions cause participants to be ineligible for certain task rewards, where OKX is unable to procure the prizes for the participants, or in any case that OKX deems in its full discretion that it is necessary for the rewards to be converted. The reward will be converted at the opening price on the OKX exchange.

11. Any and all applicable taxes and all fees and additional expenses, including connection, installation, and/or service costs, related to acceptance and use of Campaign or Task Reward are the sole responsibility of the individual Task Reward recipient.

12. OKX reserves the right (acting reasonably) to exclude any participants from this campaign or task and/or cancel this campaign or task without notice.

13. This activity is not (i) investment advice or an investment recommendation; (ii) an offer or solicitation, buy or sell digital assets; or (iii) financial, accounting, legal or tax advice. You should carefully consider whether trading or holding digital assets is suitable for you in light of your financial condition and risk tolerance. 14. OKX reserves the right (acting reasonably) to determine and amend the rules of the campaign or task at any time, including but not limited to cancelling, extending or terminating this campaign or task, modifying the eligibility conditions for users participating in the campaign or task, and adjusting the task and reward rules. Where practicable, OKX will endeavour to provide notice of material changes before they take effect. All participants shall be bound by these revised terms.

15. Where OKX exercises any discretion under these terms, it shall do so in a reasonable manner.

17. Where any discrepancy arises between the translated versions and the English version, the English version shall prevail.
