Block Folk is a visual commentary on a world where anonymity profit and personal image all reign for supremacy. It is a world where businessmen roleplay as revolutionaries and kids become kings. For most it is a landscape of personal enrichment a far cry from the intentions of it's original creator who's mission and ethos has been muddled amidst a sea of pixelated avatars and manufactured personalities. Some wear masks to scam. Some wear masks simply because they can. Others wear masks because they came to fight. Which one are you?
