If there is ONE thing I would change in Europe it’s horrible customer service. I ordered a new bed and scheduled it to arrive in August. Received an email that the bed is on its way to be delivered next week. Contacted support to let them know I scheduled this delivery for August. This was the reply I got. If this is how your customer service replies in 2025, don’t blame the economy for your company’s downfall:
