That positioning adds long term collectability beyond just character art--it’s tied to the set’s identity. 3. PSA 10 Supply vs. Pull Rates: Pull rate estimates: approximately 1 in 400–500 packs for the rainbow Charizard VSTAR. Combined with centering and surface condition issues typical of modern Sword & Shield product, gem rates are tighter than many assume. PSA 10 population will expand while sealed product is still being opened, but the pace naturally slows once that window closes. Why It Fits SCR Objectives: Focused on vaulting culturally significant Charizards with fixed and respected value profiles. $100–$150 range PSA 10 pricing creates strong upside asymmetry compared to vintage Charizards, which now sit at multi thousand dollar floors. Modern enough for retail friendly narrative, but still difficult enough to acquire and grade to retain long term scarcity positioning.
