Bitlight Wallet⚡️
Bitcoin wallet to support #RGB assets. #LightningNetwork compatibility soon.
Bitlight Wallet v0.15.5 Release Notice
We’re excited to roll out Bitlight Wallet v0.15.5, bringing key improvements to stability, customization, and RGB asset visibility—based on real user feedback and edge case testing.
What’s New in v0.15.5:
1. New: RBF Acceleration
Replace-by-Fee (RBF) is now enabled by default. If a transaction remains unconfirmed for a long time, users can re-broadcast it with a higher fee to accelerate confirmation.
2. Settings Reliability Fix
Resolved an issue where system settings such as theme and timelock would revert to default after configuration. These settings are now saved locally and persist as expected.
3. RGB Invoice Records
RGB asset pages now include a dedicated invoice history section, displaying transaction ID, amount, and status for each invoice-related transaction to improve transparency and traceability.
4. UI Enhancements
Improved visual responsiveness when selecting address formats by adding clearer checkbox states, making the selection process more intuitive and user-friendly.
5. Copy and Prompt
Updated several text prompts, including clearer instructions when manually creating UTXOs and improved messaging when no valid mainnet UTXOs are available.
6. Critical Bug Fixes
Fixed issues where assets could not be recovered after unconfirmed transfers, and where wallet balances incorrectly showed as zero after failed broadcasts.
All RGB v0.12 features are now fully integrated.
The RGB Registry has been reset to enable more effective testing.
We continue to refine Bitlight Wallet for real-world RGB adoption. Your feedback makes it better—thank you for being part of the journey.
Make Bitcoin Smart.

Bitlight Wallet v0.15.4 Release Notice
We’re excited to launch Bitlight Wallet v0.15.4, continuing our mission to enhance the RGB experience and improve product clarity, asset management, and transaction customization.
What’s New in v0.15.4:
1. Improved Product Documentation
Optimized the content structure and clarity of product walkthroughs and explanations for better user understanding.
2. Fixed RGB Asset Import Errors
Resolved an issue where previously imported RGB assets triggered false error prompts. Successfully imported assets now display the message: "Import successful."
3. RGB Asset Issuance Validation
When issuing new assets, the system now checks for unsupported RGB 0.11 UTXOs. If detected, the issuance will be blocked and the user will be redirected to repurchase eligible UTXOs.
4. New: RGB PayJoin Support
Added PayJoin functionality for RGB transactions. Users can now customize BTC inputs during RGB transfers to increase UTXO amounts and avoid insufficient fee errors.
5. Enhanced Transaction Feedback
Improved the confirmation messages shown during the asset issuance process, especially when transactions are pending, making status updates more clear and informative.
We remain committed to refining Bitlight Wallet based on real-world scenarios and power user feedback.
As always, thank you for your continued support — every block matters.

Bitlight Wallet v0.15.1 Release Announcement
We are pleased to announce the release of Bitlight Wallet v0.15.1, now fully supporting the RGB v0.12 testnet. This update brings several important enhancements and compatibility changes aligned with the latest RGB standards.
🔧 What's New in v0.15.1
1. Support for RGB v0.12
The wallet is now fully compatible with RGB protocol version 0.12, which introduces critical changes to key management and asset tracking.
2. Introduction of a New RGB Wallet
With RGB v0.12, a new derivation path is adopted for RGB asset management.
The legacy `9/*` derivation path used in RGB v0.11 is now deprecated for new RGB assets.
3. Balance Query for Legacy Assets
Users can now query the total balance of UTXOs under the old `9/*` path used by RGB v0.11, ensuring transparency and continuity for previously issued assets.
4. UTXO Migration Tool
A new feature allows users to migrate UTXOs from the legacy RGB v0.11 (using `9/*`) to the new RGB v0.12 wallet with the updated derivation path. This ensures a smooth transition to the latest standard.
5. Temporary Removal of RGB Transaction History
Due to protocol changes in RGB v0.12, transaction history display for RGB assets is temporarily disabled. This feature will be reinstated once full v0.12 support is integrated.
6. Optimized UTXO Creation
We’ve improved the UX for UTXO management by introducing a one-click UTXO creation tool, making it faster and more convenient to prepare UTXOs for RGB operations.
This release aligns Bitlight Wallet with the evolving RGB protocol and lays the groundwork for future support of mainnet RGB assets under the v0.12 specification. For technical details on the updated derivation paths and changes introduced in v0.12, refer to the official RGB RFC document(
We thank our community for their continued support and invite feedback as we move forward with RGB protocol integration.
