Truth be told, this round of $ETH is obviously a little different.
No matter how many people have been scolded, changed positions, and disliked in the past few years. ETH is still the TVL leader and the default tokenization network, and the foundation is really still there.
Recently, even some traditional financial bigwigs have begun to turn to the public platform to be bullish, and I think the performance of ETH this time is likely to be no longer a "headwind" for DeFi, but a new "tailwind".
Let’s be real—$ETH feels different this cycle.
Say what you want about its underperformance in recent years, but the fundamentals are still solid: top TVL, default network for tokenization, and it hasn’t been replaced.
Now with some big TradFi names starting to publicly lean bullish, I’d argue ETH might finally be a tailwind—not a headwind—for the DeFi renaissance ahead.

I didnt invest in Metaplanet but I agree that the BTC Treasury supercycle is still early. Really hard to argue having 22BTC in Bitcoin 100 is at the late stage.
Some of the fastest horses in the next 18 months will be found in the Bitcoin 100 which grows their Bitcoin fast like Metaplanet - in different countries, but not the top 100 altcoins.
There's also good odds that some Ethereum/Solana treasury cos will also do very well.
Stay hungry, open and fluid. Bet against the opportunity set presented to you. Learn and adapt.
