A few traits of a person with pretty high chances of success at a startup:
- They are resourceful
- They like it if you give them a problem, not a list of tasks
- The vagueness of problem doesn’t stop them from jumping right into it. They will ask clarification questions and sometimes answer it themselves in a brainstorming session.
- They are not afraid of chaos, infact they love navigating through it and getting results
- They don’t care if something isn’t part of a job description, either they’ll do it themselves or find someone who can do it for them
- They often say “I don’t know how to do this but I’ll figure it out”
