ring ring. its out. well, first off, im not part of the @PlasmaFDN team ( but yeah, i wish, haha). im but a lowly researcher geeking out and helping. @PlasmaFDN's documentation on shielded transactions is sparse, offering limited implementation details, which motivates our design to enhance its privacy-preserving capabilities. this inspired me to put out my own research paper on how they can implement that. Our solution introduces a smart-contract-based shielded pool for USD₮, enabling users to deposit funds, perform private transfers that obscure sender, recipient, and amount, and optionally withdraw. To implement this shielded pool, we propose using zero-knowledge proof systems, specifically zk-SNARKs (Zero-Knowledge Succinct Non-Interactive Argument of Knowledge). so yeah, it may be filled with some errors; expect that (im not too smart and open to correction) to read the paper, i published it on my blog: (sadly, im too broke to afford X premium+) link: this paper is an open-source contribution to @PlasmaFDN to help them in designing the real shielded transaction system. its 13 pages. this is v1

recently I stepped into the role of COO at particle been growing toward this position for some time but glad to officially drive things forward in this capacity. I've talked about this before, but I joined @ParticleNtwrk a few months after my 17th birthday, because I wanted to contribute to a vision that I felt personally aligned with; that being radically improving web3's user experience. I was hesitant to even interview at first because I wasn't itching to change positions necessarily, but after a 30 minute chat with @0xpengyu, I got on a flight to San Francisco the next day so that we could meet in-person spent the afternoon talking about the "why" of particle and the long-term vision; sold me. I dropped out of high school and went all in shortly after. since that point, around august 2023, we've gone through alot of growth and change most notably, taking a massive bet on chain abstraction in early 2024 (which paid off). thousands of hours later, which consisted of more podcasts, panels, and content than I can recall, alongside relentless delivering of a product roadmap, and we're now here: post-TGE, growing the first chain-agnostic trading platform (genuinely a superior product to virtually everything else in its category), and delivering chain abstraction to apps across nearly every vertical. we haven't done it perfectly (no one does), but we're doing what we set out to do, and doing it successfully so far the core reason I've personally dedicated so much to particle over the past ~2 years has been because I truly believe in the team we've built and the (pretty much unwavering) vision that I originally joined for. I've written extensively on our plans for the next few months so I won't start shilling too much but tldr; very confident in our trajectory. we're doubling down, but continuing to try new things and relentlessly grow. anyways, back to work. and try @UseUniversalX
