Well said, Mr. President. I appreciate your strong commitment to ending this bloodbath in Ukraine. Making those like India pay a price for their war profiteering is a good place to start.

To my friends in Russia:    President Trump seeks peace not conflict. However, please understand that he is not Obama, he is not Biden, and he will not be trifled with.    You are overplaying your hand.

I find it odd that Arab leaders are calling for Hamas to disarm and accept safe passage out of Gaza while European leaders are threatening to recognize a Palestinian state if Israel doesn’t accept a ceasefire. To our friends in Europe, you’re enticing Hamas to stay in the fight. Stop it.

Very pleased that my good friend David Wright from South Carolina was once again confirmed by the U.S. Senate to lead the @NRCgov. David has a wide and deep understanding of the nuclear industry, and has served our state and nation for many years. He’s the right person at the right time to continue serving in this position and I’m grateful to @POTUS for nominating him.

President @realDonaldTrump negotiated one of the most consequential trade deals with the EU in American history. Over time, this deal will allow America to displace Russian energy products in Europe.   It also creates hundreds of billions of dollars of new European investment in the U.S. and opens up European markets like never before.   A win-win and an incredible deal for the people of the United States. Well done, Mr. President.

To those in Russia who believe that President Trump is not serious about ending the bloodbath between Russia and Ukraine: You and your customers will soon be sadly mistaken. You will also soon see that Joe Biden is no longer president. Get to the peace table.

I completely understand President @realDonaldTrump’s frustration with Russia’s continued attacks on Ukraine, which indicates no real desire to come to the peace table. Putin has seriously miscalculated President Trump. I hope countries like China, India and Brazil — who prop up Putin’s war machine —are about to pay a long overdue price. Congress stands ready, in an overwhelmingly bipartisan fashion, to help President Trump in his efforts to get the parties to the peace table.

I really enjoyed dinner this evening at the White House with President @realDonaldTrump and my Republican Senate colleagues, celebrating the passage of the One Big Beautiful Bill and so many other accomplishments in the historic first six months of this administration. Mr. President, it was an honor to serve as the Senate Budget Committee Chairman during the passage of this landmark legislation and I look forward to celebrating more wins for the conservative cause with you.
