One of the most common reasons teams see poor ROI on marketing spend is the absence of a system-level strategy.
Campaigns are often executed in isolation. Sometimes tactically sound in the short term, but lacking any strategic sequencing or long-term cohesion.
Without a clear architecture guiding the user journey across phases, ATTENTION becomes DIFFICULT to COMPOUND and easy to lose.
Projects focus heavily on top-of-funnel reach, generating impressions, clicks, even signups, but without complementary system and product design to retain interest, deepen engagement, or drive progression, the result is short-lived and shallow.
