every time we work with a customer on inference we deeply embed with them, setup an apples-to-apples comparison, and use that to quote a price that beats what they're currently doing while keeping the same accuracy we're starting to productize that whole experience now

I remember some @garrytan (i think) tweet that says "we're coming for those towers downtown" and that cannot be more true

every year or so, a new neighborhood in sf is declared the place where all the ai companies are, because the companies keep growing, hiring more people, and having to switch neighborhoods to get a bigger office

Holding accuracy constant, we got a 8x price improvement for image captioning. In this case, for $100k, you could caption ~400m images on us or ~50m images on the competitor, at the same quality. If you're prepping a dataset, you should talk to us.
