The administration wants to show that their policy is having the desired effect that they promised voters, that they'd repatriate, redomesticate production, manufacturing, etc. The policy seems to be working in the sense that the overall market is getting used to the volatility. That's the ultimate measure. Trump is doing something no administration's ever done before. Look at this India situation. He's basically saying, "If you do things I don't like, I'm gonna limit your access to the world's largest consumer market." And the thing he doesn't like about India right now is importing Russian oil and reselling it for a profit, so he wants to squeeze two heads at once, the India prime minister and Putin. Similarly, Switzerland doesn't have a deal and I'm really concerned about Switzerland. I'm a watch guy and right now we're looking at 49 per- 49% tariffs. Not good.

Entrepreneurship is about risk. You will fail. Two, three, maybe five times. But you only need one win. One idea to change everything. Most people work for the one-third who take the risk. That’s the founder’s mindset. If that’s you, start now. The journey never ends.

I’m a Boston guy. My kids were born there and I still have a house there, but like most of my neighbors, I now live in Florida because of Elizabeth Warren. She’s a talented marketer, no question. But when she supports a communist mayor in New York and pushes for government-run grocery stores, it’s clear she doesn’t understand how capital works. I’ve seen this story before. If you destroy incentives, capital leaves. Developers like me won’t touch projects with rent control and bad policy. We’ll take our money to places like Texas, Florida, or the Dakotas. You can’t ask investors to fund affordable housing and then eliminate any chance of a return. The math doesn’t work. Senator Warren should focus on fixing Massachusetts before helping destroy another state.
