Our execution had flaws. That’s a fact. No blame, we take ownership. The next phase won’t be derailed like the TGE. We’ve taken many blows, but learnt very fast (not everything can be made public). Silence doesn’t mean nothing is happening. Progress after a set back comes with time. I believe we’ll come together again, aligned with you all and stronger. Dear RCADE Family, I want to start saying we’re a tech startup, with a creative and cohesive culture which has led us to build games and tech that you love. Let me remind you: we often spend thousands on cars, phones, or gadgets that don’t always work perfectly. Yet we give them time to the companies to fix things. My first car I bought with all my money - malfunctioned, I had to be patient. We ran into some problems, we will fix them and get by. We are building in public it is very hard. So yes, we’ve made mistakes. We’ve hit bumps. But to tarnish what we’re building or try to write us off is unfair. I’m not here to disappear. When I said we cannot fail, I meant I will keep showing up. No matter how hard it gets, I’ll be the last one standing. We will work harder. We will work smarter. We didn’t get the momentum we wanted at launch, and no one feels that pain more than us. But we’re not backing down. We will earn it back. My father always told me: “When it gets tough, that’s when you work the hardest these are times that build strong men.” We’re still standing, and we’re just getting started

We lost some men today, we made some enemies happy. Yes, we made some mistakes and had a small victory but we have won a lot of battles this battle is just the first attack. Our generals stand strong and there is no revolt. We build our kingdom further 🫡

The pre listing through Alpha and IDO is always tough on the chart but it gets you the marketing needed in different regions. We anticipated sell off but we had to get it out of the way. Current Status is Listing focus is max and Games rolling out is essential. Some decisions went wrong and our tech sucked for what happened today to the claiming site, we will have a strategy for those that got delayed airdrops. Adding to this for the sake of our community to make the outsiders quite, we are happy to have a neutral party audit the claim site situation and share what happened. Fun fact: I did not know I was this famous and there were so many PFPs wanting me to fail. I’m way stronger than you think, resilience is king.
