Imagine holding Bitcoin that appreciated from a few thousand USD to $8+ Billion. Why would you sell the BTC now and why that much? There are 2 probable reasons: 1. To settle a large debt in exchange for a service provided. 2. Betting on something bigger that needs liquidity.

It is not possible to build modern infrastructure with fake printed Monopoly money. Incentives are misaligned, efficiency declines and progress stalls. The U.S. is stuck in 1971.

New York white shoe lawyers: they run the clock for 4-6 weeks on nonsense taxing everyone’s time. Then their client gets fed up with them. Things need to get done over the weekend. Business guys make all decisions. Lawyers over budget. Everyone has bad experience. Fired. Repeat.
