As we enter a new phase of a bull market, I want to gently remind everyone to look after their mental health.
Last year, during the memecoin run in October/November, I was spending 16–20 hours a day in front of a screen…charting, trading, browsing channels nonstop.
I even let a few friends copy trade me, and became so obsessed with helping others via trading that I kind of lost myself in the process.
My mental health took a sharp decline. And eventually, I gave all my gains back to the market.
All that to say: bull markets can be just as exhausting and challenging as bear markets.
So if you’re planning to participate, give yourself grace. Rest. Move your body. Take care of your mind.
