fwiw i think our form of governance is broken beyond repair, but i also think abandoning it for a new form of governance (no matter how technically superior) is a bad idea. instead, we should set up the new form of governance alongside the old form and let people vote with their feet.

i am sick of the tunnel vision of humans who think they can change the world with 1 or 2 parameters. its always 'if we just do THIS' or 'if we just change THAT'. no. the world is a product of 7.2bn humans acting according to their individualised understandings. you want to change the world? you need to shift the curve, not move a couple of data points.
