How do I deposit USD with International Wire transfer as a Singapore user?
International wire transfers are available to Singapore users. To deposit USD via wire transfer, go to your bank account online to send a transfer to your account with us. Start a transfer request using the transfer details that we provide on our app or website.
How do I make a cash deposit?
On the web
Log in to your account at my.okx.com. Go to Assets and select Deposit

It usually takes a few seconds (up to 24 hours max) to generate your deposit account details
You will receive an email and in-app notification once the deposit instructions are ready
Initiate the deposit
Use your banking app or online banking to transfer funds to the recipient bank account shown in the deposit instructions
This is a unique bank account number assigned to you. Any funds sent to this account will be credited to your OKX account
Review the deposit details and initiate the deposit

Open your OKX app, select Deposit on the home screen and select Deposit Cash

This means that fiat payment services aren't currently available in your region.
4. Why do I need to verify my identity before making a deposit?
We ask you to verify your identity to follow local regulations, keep our platform secure, and help determine the best payment methods for your region.
5. Why did I receive less than 100 USD in my OKX account after transferring 100 USD?
The final amount received may be lower due to fees. We deduct a 1.5 USD processing fee per transfer, and additional charges may be applied by your bank. We recommend checking with your bank for any extra fees that may apply.
6. How do I check my cash deposit history?
You can review your deposit history:
On the web: select Assets > Deposit > All deposits
On the app: select Portfolio > transactions > filter Cash deposit type
