How do I find my user ID (UID)?

OKX's user ID (UID) is a unique identifier assigned to each account on our exchange platform. Think of it as your account’s fingerprint—exclusive to you and essential for various platform activities. Your user ID helps us to identify your account quickly and accurately, making it an important reference for customer support inquiries, security verification, affiliate programs, and certain transactions.

Whether you need to retrieve account details, participate in referral programs, or troubleshoot issues with the support team, your user ID ensures smooth and efficient communication. Keeping your user ID handy can simplify many processes, allowing you to access assistance and platform features without delays.

On the app

Select the Menu option on the corner to be redirected to the User Center on the app
Proceed to tap on the menu option
Select the Profile and settings option at the top
Load the info of your profile by selecting the Profile and settings option
You'll see your UID info displayed within the Profile section on the User Center page, and the Copy option to copy it
Your UID info is located within the Profile section

On the web

Log in to your account and hover at the profile option on the dropdown menu
The dropdown will stay open once your mouse stops hovering at the profile option, enabling you to view the user ID info
View your user ID info once you selected the Profile option
If you want to copy your user ID number, select Profile. You'll see your user ID under Profile > Personal info, and there's a copy option next to your user ID
User ID is one of the details shared within the Personal info section
