Anime Geisha

Anime Geisha is a digital art collection of 1000 anime-style geisha NFTs living on the Polygon blockchain. Geisha (芸者) are female Japanese performing artists and entertainers trained in traditional Japanese performing arts, such as dance, music and singing, as well as being proficient conversationalists and hosts. Their distinct appearance is characterized by long, trailing kimono, traditional hairstyles and oshiroi make-up. Geisha entertain at parties known as ozashiki, often for the entertainment of wealthy clientele, as well as performing on stage and at festivals. Each NFT in the collection has 100 copies for a total of 100,000 items. This collection is part of a series of 10 anime-style digital art collections. Two of these collections have 1000 NFTs each (Anime Elves and Anime Geisha) and 8 have 500 NFTs each (Anime Astronauts, Anime Ships, Anime Boxers, Anime Doctors, Anime Bands, Anime Angels, Anime Shrines, Anime Castles) for a total of 6000 NFTs.
