🚨SCOOP: Amendments to the OBBB regarding crypto taxes are still on the table today despite some last minute disagreements Sunday. I’m hearing the White House has gotten wind of this and is pushing for inclusion of @SenLummis’s language in the final bill.

The top 3 takeaways from the press conference with @SenatorTimScott @SenLummis @BoHines are: (1) They continue to advocate for the House to pass the GENIUS Act, ASAP, so @POTUS can sign it. (2) The Senate market structure bill should be out in draft form before the August recess. (3) The Senate Banking Committee will vote on the Senate market structure bill in September.
