🪧 This is a job search post
➢➢ Hello everyone, I am ccjing
Recently, the Web3 market has been fluctuating, and I have also taken some time to think deeply
To be honest, over the past few years in this space, I have changed titles quite a bit, from BD to CMO and then to being a Founder. It seems like I’m doing well, but only I know that this kind of solo struggle or relying on early projects to "eat what the sky provides" makes it hard to be at ease
Not long ago, I started an Alpha community and also led everyone to engage in some Meme activities
But this made me realize one thing: compared to the thrill of capturing short-term Memes, I miss the sense of achievement that comes from systematically building a project from 0

In theory, I should embellish my experience as a "CMO" to the max, but I don’t want everyone to think I only know how to give orders
I belong to the "practical type". I’m not afraid of dirty or hard work; as long as the goal is clear, I can find a way to achieve results!
Regarding my experience, I only speak with results:
❒ Traffic generation: As CMO at Alphant, I grew the official Twitter from 0 to over 60,000 followers. This wasn’t bought; it was built up through gradual operations
