I am 100% positive that Europe won't be a leader in AI datacenters. It is also no surprise that the manufacturing sector is collapsing and moving to cheaper locations. The "green" and socialist parties of Europe are laser focused on shutting down their economies and shifting all middle class jobs to China. Anywhere but Europe.
