As more times goes, I feel like the slow takeoff to a career is often optimal and has the most durable power over a long period. A rapid 1000 fans, 100 customers who can't live without the product, a few investors who believe at first, the early 5-10 hires who took a leap of faith. There are all sorts of ways to hack this but the results can feel emptier and often fizzle out in long-run.
