This thread will save you five years of pure trial and error on crypto twitter.
I've put together everything you need to become a proper content creator
No bs, straight to the point 🧵👇

1) To begin building your Web3 brand, you obviously need to make your profile memorable.
~ Your profile should look good, and your PFP should be associated with you and your content so that when people scroll quickly through their feed, they recognize you and stop.
~ For your PFP, an NFT, an IRL photo, or something similar will work.
~ A few examples:
1) MadLads - Airdrops, smart thoughts, money
2) SMB - Smart moves, OG, builder
3) Sensei - Spiritual, kind, generous
~ Get a banner that fits your NFT pfp you might have to invest a bit, but the range is around $20–$100 (Support native artists if possible)
~ In your bio, write down what you do and why people should care about you. Try to represent your theme/brand. Stay true to yourself.

2) Niche
~ Once your profile is ready, you must definitely decide on a niche. There are several types, for example:
- NFTs
- DeFi
- Gaming
- Airdrops
- Trading
- Memecoins
and so on.
~ You can also try to create your own niche, which will make you stand out further, especially if others demand it. For example, within Solana, I am known by OGs for spiritual tweets/positivity/love/awareness. I also post educational web3 content, but I chose to primarily spread love and help others feel at peace here, which unexpectedly became my “niche”.

3) How to start
~ In the beginning, your content will likely be like 90% of others, which won’t make you special.
~ After choosing your niche, I suggest that you selflessly support big projects/people within your chosen niche and post about them to get your first, likes, rts and your initial boost.
~ If you support the projects or people that care about their own community, they will likely support you back and this will give you a huge boost in the beginning.
TLDR: In the beginning just focus on giving unconditionally.

5) Consistency
~ I know it sounds cliche, but this is your key to success. If you keep on doing a particular task over a long enough period of time, you succeed.
There are no shortcuts, I tweeted every day of my life for +4 years with no days off. Many days it sucks, many days you don’t know what to say, I still showed up and did my best.
~ Don’t expect results in the first few days, you’ll start noticing the results after 3 months.

6) Quality over quantity.
~ Take your time to learn and research things before posting.
I’ve always preferred to post 3 tweets per day with a higher purpose instead of posting 100 meaningless tweets. However, the X game changed and quality is very subjective now, so feel free to ignore what worked for me and post as many quality tweets as you can.
~ There’s so much alpha hidden in founders’ words or in a project’s docs, but most people ignore it. Your job is to be different.
~ Understand this: If you invest 6 months of your time and you offer real value to your community, you can make a living as a content creator on X. This is one of the biggest opportunities in web3 right now. Anyone can make it through content.
